SlideNote Pro subscriptions are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and your Pro access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Orders and recurring payments are securely processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you believe there was a billing error or an accidental duplicate charge, please reach out to us at [email protected] (or contact Paddle directly via your receipt), and we will review your request.
